Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By downloading or using a game published by Tigris Games (“we”, “us”) — Slosh, MathNova, Flowt (the “Games”) — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. In-app purchases
- Purchases are optional. Where a game has them, it can still be played and finished without spending money.
- Apple processes every transaction through your App Store account. We never see your payment details.
- Consumable items are used up inside the game and cannot be restored once spent. Non-consumables can be restored on your devices with “Restore purchases”.
- We cannot issue refunds. Requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. In-game items
Coins and other in-game items are a licence to use features inside a game. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred outside the game. If a game is discontinued, unused items expire with it.
5. Progress lives on your device
Deleting a game, resetting your device or losing it will lose that progress, and we have no copy to restore. Non-consumable purchases can be restored through the App Store; progress cannot.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Games; reverse engineer or decompile them; or interfere with their normal operation, including tampering with stored data to obtain items you did not earn or buy.
7. Changes
We keep working on our games. Levels, prices, rewards and features may change as they are balanced and improved. Where a change would remove something you paid for, we will preserve it or provide an equivalent.
8. Provided “as is”
The Games are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including EU and UK consumer protections.
