Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

In short: our games run on your device. They have no accounts, no analytics and no tracking, and they collect no personal data. Progress stays on your phone. Where a game offers purchases, Apple handles them — we never see your payment details.

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to the games published by Tigris Games (“we”, “us”): Slosh, MathNova (including MathShot and CrossMath) and Flowt (together, the “Games”). Questions: hello@tigrisgames.app.

2. What we collect

Nothing. We run no servers, accounts or logins for the Games. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, location or contacts, and the Games contain no code that sends data to us.

3. What is stored on your device

Each game saves what it needs to remember between sessions using standard on-device storage: level progress and records, in-game currency and items where a game has them, streaks and achievements, and settings such as sound and haptics. This never leaves your device through us, and deleting a game removes it. If you use iCloud device backup, it may be included there under Apple’s terms rather than ours.

4. Purchases

Some games offer optional in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments and never see your payment details — the game receives only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded so it can unlock what you bought. Apple’s handling is covered by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising and analytics

The Games contain no third-party advertising SDK, no advertising identifier (IDFA), and no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. We do not ask for tracking permission because we do not track. The only figures we ever see are the aggregate ones Apple compiles in App Store Connect for every developer, which never identify individuals.

6. Children

Our games are suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal information from anyone, we collect none from children. They are designed to be consistent with children’s privacy rules including COPPA and GDPR-K.

7. Your rights

Rules such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over personal data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing for us to return, correct or erase. To remove everything a game has stored, delete it from your device.

8. Changes

If a game ever starts doing something this policy does not describe — an ad network, analytics, or an online feature — we will update this page and the date above before that version ships, not after.
