The studio
A small studio with a long attention span.
Tigris Games is independent and deliberately small. We make puzzle games for iPhone and we finish them.
Most casual games are built from parts — an engine, an asset pack, an ad network, a template. They ship quickly and they all feel the same. We take the slower route: our games are written natively and drawn in code, which means we can keep tuning something until it feels right rather than until the asset runs out.
That shows up in odd places. The liquid in Slosh is a real volume-conserving simulation, so a tilted bottle holds the amount it should and keeps moving after you set it down. The sound of pouring is synthesised from the physics of collapsing bubbles rather than a recording on loop. None of that is necessary. All of it is the difference between a game you play once and one you come back to.
What we will not do
We do not collect personal data, run analytics, or embed tracking. Our games work offline and keep your progress on your device. Where a game has purchases, they are optional and the game is finishable without them.
