1. Agreement
By using Water Sort Color Puzzle: Slosh (the “App”) you agree to these Terms, the app-specific version of our studio terms.
2. Licence
A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
3. Purchases
- Everything is optional — the App can be finished without spending money. Purchases save time; they do not unlock the game.
- Apple handles every transaction. Coins, starter packs and bank collections are consumed in play and cannot be restored once spent; removing ads and the season pass can be restored with “Restore purchases”.
- Refunds are Apple’s to give, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Coins and items
Coins, hints, extra bottles, bottle designs and season pass rewards are a licence to use features inside the App. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside it.
5. Progress lives on your device
Deleting the App or losing the device loses your progress, and we have no copy. Purchases that are not consumable can be restored; progress and coins cannot.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or decompile the App, or tamper with its stored data to obtain coins or items you did not earn or buy.
7. Changes and warranty
Levels, prices and rewards may change as the game is balanced. Where a change would remove something you paid for, we will preserve it or provide an equivalent. The App is provided as it is, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows — nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
